For years many people have mis-understood Indian meals, when you say your having a curry you assume its going to be high in calories and full of fat. This is far from the truth, here at Rik's we have gone back to our roots and prepare our Indian meals the traditional way. We use fresh ingredients instead of powders and we spend longer on our preparation to ensure we don't add large amounts of fatty cream to help thicken up a curry just to save time.
